How does the pricing work?+
Every frame shows two prices. Orders with fewer than 5 frames pay the retail price on each line. Orders with 5 or more frames pay the wholesale price (40% off retail) on every line, mixed styles and colors included. The switch is automatic in the cart; there is no account to open or code to enter.
Do I need to be a store to get wholesale?+
No. The rule is about quantity, not who you are. Stores usually order 5+ as a matter of course; a family buying several pairs qualifies the same way. Wholesale orders are final sale except for defects, so read the returns note before you order five.
Do the frames come with lenses?+
Frames ship with demo lenses. Your optician fits prescription lenses; we can recommend independent labs if you do not have one. Contact lenses are a separate, prescription-only category.
Where do you ship from and how fast?+
From our New York inventory, within two business days of payment, by tracked ground service across the United States. Shipping is included unless a charge is shown before you pay.
What if a frame arrives damaged or a hinge fails?+
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we replace or credit it. Manufacturing defects are covered for a year from purchase.
Can I return frames?+
Unworn frames in original condition within 30 days for retail orders, unless the product page marks the style as final sale. Orders at 5+ frames are final sale except for defects or shipping damage.
What is a curated edit?+
For stores: tell us about your customers, your price points, and what is selling, and we select a short list from the catalog with images, both prices, and a link that adds the whole edit to a cart in one click. No cost, no obligation.
Are these the same frames Essel sells?+
Yes. We are an authorized wholesale partner of Essel Eyewear and sell the same styles from the same stocked inventory.
How do I pay?+
Place the order online and we confirm availability and send an invoice within one business day; nothing is charged until you pay it. Card checkout is coming. Questions: hello@vesseleyewear.com.
